Peerless Environmental Systems are used for air pollution abatement. We began this business in 1989 and have gained experience in nearly 500 installations.
The cornerstone of Peerless environmental solutions is our SCR system capability. SCR systems are applied to industrial process exhausts and are used to convert nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions into harmless nitrogen and water. Over 50,000 MW of electric utility generating plants have Peerless SCR systems operating and reducing pollution.
Peerless is the leader in NOx reduction technology. Our SCR systems are applied to sources ranging from power producers to food production. Multi-Pollutant Control
In today s regulatory environment, most manufacturers are faced with more than one pollutant reduction need. If not today, they will be required to deal with controlling multiple pollutants in the future.
A single pollutant control system impacts the performance of other pollutant control systems in addition to impacting process system performance. Nor only do the normal physical constraints such as pressure, temperature, and flow have to be considered in a system design, there are also side reactions, contamination, and hostile substance formation that must be considered in a multi-pollutant control system.
Project Management
A successful pollution control system does not just stack together in the exhaust duct. There are significant design factors that should be taken into consideration.
An emissions reduction project is frequently executed in conjunction with other plant capital and process improvements. Peerless has significant experience in large project management including front end engineering design, detail design engineering, procurement, and execution.
